That Summer In Paris

I've finally started the novel Gregg Gregory is writing in That Summer In Paris. It's Annabelle's story although it's called, Aurelie. (French spelling).  and now Gregg has been in Paris seven months and he loves Annabelle and the others but he knows he could be in-love with Marilyn if he met her. And he's sure he's going to.

I like this book now and I feel it's a good introduction to the Women In Love books, of which I Will Stand Alone was meant to be the first book originally. Now it's the third book..Appointment In Paris is the second book and Gregg meets Marilyn and they travel back to 1922 Paris, fall in love and have a baby girl before Dominique starts writing her book and she takes Brett's place and Gregg becomes a character in her novel.
After this series comes Women of The Women In Love series and I intend to finish with the mirror and with the Women In Love books to concentrate on the Matt Chritchly mysteries. (If the books of the Women In Love series will let me finish writing about them.)

The Crowded Hours

Matt and the team have eliminated all but one of the executive committee members and they have taken the leader prisoner. They've found a Paris police inspector who will find a prosecutor to put her on trial in Paris and the press will have access to the photographs of the murdered victims etc.
Now the inspector is gong to work on the Team and Matt is going home.

Adventures

In the second Matt Chritchley novel the British MI6 agent wants to know why Matt and Catherine-Elizabeth can't do more to help find the big boss of the European network of groups and Matt has to explain that Catherine-Elizabeth and him are retired, they were recalled only to deal with the Paris group and they aren't as young as they used to be, or a up on technology as the younger agents.
I have to decide whether or not this is the answer I want to give Kelly or if there's a different way of wording it. One thing's for sure though, they aren't leaving Paris to go hunting for the big boss.
I'm going to try to get back to my other novels today, if I can. I want to finish them and then get on with something new.

Good Morning America

Well technically we're not in America anymore but good morning anyways. It's a wonderful morning because it's Saturday and just because.... I am getting serious about the new mystery, The Crowded Hours, and so are the criminals. I've sent off A Death In Paris to London and I'm waiting for a reply.
They are so professional in England and they like a good mystery.
On the fifth of March I have a hearing for a pension from the Army and my lawyer is very good and the evidence is overwhelming so I am expecting good results but wish me luck anyways.

I'm back

My dear wife decided to share her head cold with me after days of keeping me from sleeping during the night. But last night I finally slept the whole night through and today I am much better.
I have sent one of my short stories to an agent in London and today I sent the first mystery to a different agent in London who has dealings with a French publisher, Since the mysteries, and most of my work actually, is set in Paris this would appear to be an ideal fit?
I certainly hope so.
Now it's time to get back to the second volume in the Matt Chritchley series. The Russians have arrived as well as the Americans and there is an MI6 agent on the way so it's time to get serious about finding the headquarters of the group and eliminating the executive.

My Birthday

It only seems fair to start my blog again on my birthday. It will be a way of keeping in contact with myself as well as everyone else for at least another year and I'll look back and remember how young I was.
It's been such a busy time. I've finished my first mystery, A Death In Paris, and I'm busy working on the second book in the series, The Crowded Hours. As well the book of short stories is finished and I've finished the combined novel (Collage) containing Silent Prayers and The Last Dance.
I'm also working on several other books and I have even more mysteries planned.
It should be an interesting year.

I have just finished the re-writes of CALL ME SHEILA and I'm quite happy with the results. She has told Mark that she was the most sophisticated Android ever created and that she made a choice to become a woman so that she can have a baby. There's more to it but that's it essentially.
A murder in Paris is going very well. The autopsy on Arlette's sister has been completed and they know that a bolus of air was injected into the back of her neck just below the hairline, which killed her instantly. They also know she had visited Arlette recently and the cat scratched her giving her a case of toxoplasmosis, cat scratch disease. Now they have to find Arlette.
